Joanna Davila &Steven Sepulveda are great ! ! Joanna made me feel comfortable and explained everything I need to know about the cars we looked at. Joanna made sure I was comfortable with my deci ! Joanna made me feel comfortable and explained everything I need to know about the cars we looked at. Joanna made sure I was comfortable with my decision on the car and made it work for me! Joanna was not pushing me into making a decision and spent time with me to work with what I am comfortable with. Steven Sepulveda was great & so kind ! He encouraged me to come in the dealership to see what they can do as putting me in a great car! I explained to Steven that I was discouraged and maybe change my mind before I came in, but he encouraged me to come in so they can see what they can do for me as far as getting a new car. I was 100% satisfied with the customer service representatives. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others as well because I never ran into such smooth process. This is my first time dealing with representatives at a dealership that care to work with me and listen to what my concerns were. I’m a happy first time customer :D More
