If I could give zero stars I would. My truck was there for almost three weeks. I did not receive timely updates. If I called in the morning, I would not get a response until the next My truck was there for almost three weeks. I did not receive timely updates. If I called in the morning, I would not get a response until the next day if at all. I had to stop by the dealership to get a response to see my service contact just hanging out. I picked up my truck yesterday and one of the two issues is still not fixed. I called last night, left a message to receive a call back in the morning that the truck was not fixed and did not get a call back. I spent my hard earned money, over $700 for part and labor and not fixed. Now I have to take it back and be without a vehicle again. I even left three voicemails for the Service department manager and never received a return call. What is crazy, the company that I work for purchases several hundred fleet vehicles every couple years from Wayne Akers and hope they get better service on the sales side than I did. She was frustrating to work with. She doesn't communicate, she doesn't return phone calls! She was out of work while my car was there getting work done. I understand workers have families, but you don't ignore customers. She should have someone cover her work while she is out sick. I rented a car for a week while my Bronco was there. She said she was going to look into a car for me. I never heard anything more about that. When we did communicate, she was very nice. However I left her several messages and finally had to go over her head just to get my paperwork. Steve sent it to me within 2 minutes of speaking with him. More

Person who was supposed to be my main point of contact was not returning phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. When they did, they did not answer the questions I had asked in the messages I had was not returning phone calls or text messages in a timely manner. When I received my car back the amount of fingerprints and smudges left on what they worked on were outrageous. The cashier was also very rude. She made me feel like it was my fault that the service provider didn't inform her that I would be picking up my car that day. More
