I struggled with the doors and carriers while holding my toddlers hand. 3 workers stood at the desk as I struggled and continued to carry on with an animated conversation. It was 2 women and a man and that disregard put me into a sour mood. I had an appt with Nerissa. We had spoken 3 times and the last time I spoke to her, I told her we needed to be efficient as I had two children with me. Nerissa was not there for my appointment. My husband and I were directed by one of the women st the desk to a cluttered information desk. We went over and waited quite awhile. Steve Shumel was working with another customer and told us he would be right with us and he was. He patiently explained the nuances of the crv versus the hrv. He listened to what I wanted ed and needed in s vehicle and precisely matched my needs with a vehicle. He showed me the math for all the possible car payments. Last, described the entire process and timeline for financing the car. I came back the next day and Steve meticulously taught me how to use the technological features of the car. I noticed that Steve took pride in the car i has chosen, he used his finger to wipe a smudge that was present. Last, It was taking longer than expected to complete the paperwork and Steve relayed to the manager that I needed to get home to my family. I then met with Dwayne and he gave me a very detailed overview of the money part and my options with financing. In sum, I found Steve and Dwayne to be very professional, courteous and empathetic in regards to my wants for a vehicle and my time. Unfortunately, their professionalism didn't extend to all of the employees. More
