I don't remember who I dealt with at Kenny Ross Subaru that last time I was there. I most likely will not be returning there for any future services or purchases. What upsets me is the selling of my per that last time I was there. I most likely will not be returning there for any future services or purchases. What upsets me is the selling of my personal data & service history to CarFax. I did not authorize any such sharing of my transactional history with CarFax. In addition, I am not being compensated by Kenny Ross Subaru or CarFax for my transactional history. It is simply wrong that I am being harassed by CarFax via emails & advertisements because Kenny Ross Subaru found a way to make a quick buck at my expense. More

Took vehicle in for an annual inspection. Appointment took a little longer than expected. Got charged a half hour labor to tighten one bolt which I thought was excessive even when you factor Appointment took a little longer than expected. Great customer service from the service writers. Have been more than happy having my vehicle serviced at this dealership. More
