He was patient and never put on the hard sale pressure which is notorious in purchasing a car. Santiago Piriz explained all the financing and add-on service options. Jean Delva was thorough in explaining the features upon delivery of my new car. And Braeden Canfield in the parts department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the add-ons of a roof rack and rubber car mats. He even installed the racks.
