I brought my son’s car in for a recall fix and was told the work was completed. When I got there and question the ABS light, I was told it might go off and it might not. Theni was told one of the parts, th the work was completed. When I got there and question the ABS light, I was told it might go off and it might not. Theni was told one of the parts, that he said was completed was not in and when it came in I can come pick it up and I can put it in myself. Upon getting in the vehicle I saw the other piece sitting in my cup holder and it had not been put on either. I feel like the service I received was horrible and a waste of time. More

When you spend your money with an organization you expect top notch service. Unfortunately this time, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My car was serviced and inspected. It doesn’t take much to go a top notch service. Unfortunately this time, I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. My car was serviced and inspected. It doesn’t take much to go above and beyond in duties. Something as simple as seeing low tire pressure warning and delivering my car to me with low tire pressure, still. Air is typically free especially after you’ve spent over $600 dollars in repairs. Air would not have taken much effort. I also texted that morning to see if my passenger side mirror could be taken a quick look at that it was off track. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and inquired about it, the response was “everything was so busy, there wasn’t time. You can bring your vehicle back up here.” Why when I’m here now? Time is precious and money was spent. Again, the small things to satisfy your customers. The small things is what keeps you returning service after service after service. More
