Claritza, Steven and Millennium Honda are awesome! I knew Claritza was the go to person simply by our brief phone conversation. She genuinely wanted to provide the best service possible an SO SHE DID!! I knew Claritza was the go to person simply by our brief phone conversation. She genuinely wanted to provide the best service possible an SO SHE DID!! My check tire pressure light was blinking a week after the service center added air. Claritza had her TEAM examine the tires (instead of doing the lazy thing, just adding air again), find the leak and patch it up. Steven was awesome too. He's another "Go To" person! Ultimate Service!!! Steven was my service representative and he was Fantastic. He insured that I was updated with the status of my car via phone. He ordered me a shuttle Steven was my service representative and he was Fantastic. He insured that I was updated with the status of my car via phone. He ordered me a shuttle bus to the mall so I didn't have to wait in the service center. In addition to that he went out his way to come pick me up so I didn't have to take a cab back...wow! When I arrived back at the service center my car was ready to go and washed! I payed quickly and he provided me with all my paperwork I needed for my vehicle? More

Told I was covered 100%, not true Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Return the next day and told the service is not covered Told me the service was covered 100% no out of pocket expense. Gave me a loaner for the day. Return the next day and told the service is not covered at all. Wasted my time to return the loaner and get my car back the next day with no satisfaction. Steve never really checked I guess to see if the parts are covered in the first place. The service manager was of no service at all. Did not even offer a discount on the parts More
