After buying a used 2022 Taos SE, I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle. It was smoked in (they did not disclose this to me) which left a strong odor, which they had to treat twice and still was problems with this vehicle. It was smoked in (they did not disclose this to me) which left a strong odor, which they had to treat twice and still wasn't fully gone. Smoke marks inside car were covered up. Only a week or so later it was leaking oil! I was given a loaner vehicle and tried to buy that instead and wasn't allowed. I just recently moved and had a check engine light and brake issues looked at another VW dealership and was told to take it back to where I bought it to fix the check engine light issue because hoses had been taped, brackets were missing, and the secondary pump was broken! I will contact them again to see if they will fix this, but I WILL NEVER buy a car or tell anyone to go to this dealership again! More

Let me share what volkswagen of clarksville did to me! So my mom finds a nice 15' kia optima online. We go test drive it and buy it. My mom locked the price in and I didn't know that she locked in a pric So my mom finds a nice 15' kia optima online. We go test drive it and buy it. My mom locked the price in and I didn't know that she locked in a price. I paid $500 more than it was listed for. After driving it for 2 days the car starts to die on me while driving. So I have it towed there and they said they would pay for the bill. They had it for almost a week and kept swearing it was in perfect condition and it must have just been a fluke. They never even bothered to call one time by the way. I'd call for an update every day and they would say that they would call me back and just didn't. So after all this time with no car and no communication i get upset and said there is obviously something wrong with that car and if they won't fix it I guess I'll have to take it somewhere else to get it looked at. After I said that they threatened to stick me with the tow bill. So a friend went up there with me and was asking basic questions about what can be done such as a refund or a trade in. The sales manager Kevin stuck his finger in her face and yelled at her telling her its not her car so she doesn't need to even speak! I told him that was unacceptable and he can't talk to people that way. So he yells at me and tells that the car is perfect and tells me he's not giving me my money back, he's not trading it out and to take my keys and leave. He then throws the key in my lap and tells me to get out. So I take the car next door to kia and try to get an appraisal. Guess what? The car dies on the sales associate 3 times before he even got to the stop light. He came back in with the hazard lights on and told me he can't take that car. So we go right back with this on paper stating the car is clearly a xxx and it keeps dying. So they still refused to give me my money back. So they said we will trade it in but we only have 3 cars for you to choose from. We'll guess what?! They are all xxx cars. One jeep with over 200k miles on it. Completely filthy. The other was a prius that had trouble starting. Lastly there was a mazda that was in better shape than the others. So my choice was to take the kia that keeps dying on me or choose one of the other xxxxty cars. So I chose the unxxxxtiest of the cars. The Mazda drives but makes some strange puttering noises. The tires are WAY TOO big for the car and they are pushing up against the frame. So the tires and rims all have to be replaced, the brakes need to be done and a belt has to be replaced. My friends husband looked at it and told me those are the 3 things that need to be done before I can drive it. So basically I have to put another grand or more I to that car when at the end up the day I paid 14k for it already. So now owe my parents 5k and still have no car to drive. I'm just praying that I can trade it in for something reliable without having to finance anything. Otherwise I will have two car payments. One to my parents and one to a dealership. Something good has got to come from this crapshow. But if your ever considering where to get a car from, DONT BUY FROM VOLKSWAGEN OF CLARKSVILLE! I will say that Kaylee and Steven tried extremely hard to lavage this absolutely horrible situation. Unfortunately they are very limited as they are only sales associates and not in management but their dealership left a single mother with no car to drive and not a dollar to her name after spending 13k on a car. This dealership is crooked! They literally took payment for services and labor that they didn’t do! Would not recommend them at all! Service Manager Matt Trelber told me to remove my review that I posted o for services and labor that they didn’t do! Would not recommend them at all! I promise you will get better service there! More

More like friends I went to the dealer for service on my 2017 Touareg. While I was waiting I decided to check out the Atlas I had been researching. We needed more room. I went to the dealer for service on my 2017 Touareg. While I was waiting I decided to check out the Atlas I had been researching. We needed more room. No one bothered me while I was looking and sitting in all the seats. When I climbed out of the back, Steven said ok, no one sits in the back if they are just looking. Long story short, lots of fun conversations, getting me the exact Atlas I wanted (from another state), we are now proud Atlas owners and have made new friends in the process. I feel like I could just stop in the dealership and hang out.
