Went in yesterday to have my truck serviced with the works. This is the second time since they redid their service advisors and service program. I have not been pleased. I have been going to Nollers works. This is the second time since they redid their service advisors and service program. I have not been pleased. I have been going to Nollers for 20 plus years and Steve was my advisor, and I really felt like he appreciated my business. The new advisor team never keeps you informed. Can't meet their timeline, sends emails to notify of concerns, never talks to me unless I walk up to his desk. Then their is the loud, loud music being blasted throughout the customer waiting area. More

I needed a driver side seat motor replaced. I told them exactly what was wrong and I just needed the part ordered and installed. They said they needed to charge me $170 diagnostic fee before te I told them exactly what was wrong and I just needed the part ordered and installed. They said they needed to charge me $170 diagnostic fee before telling me the total cost. I explained I knew exactly what was wrong and just needed it repaired. A year ago the diagnostic fee was under $100. Not worth it. Going to Manhattan. More

I don't even know where to start with this LESS THAN PLEASANT experience today. Let's just say, that it was the worst service experience and 6 1/2 hours that we will never get back. I scheduled a prot PLEASANT experience today. Let's just say, that it was the worst service experience and 6 1/2 hours that we will never get back. I scheduled a protective coating service and an oil change to get done on my car that I bought new site unseen. When I bought the car, they promised us a loaner car to take off site to go grab some lunch and buzz around while it was getting coated. When my husband showed up at 9:30 am, the service department said the car wasn't even on the schedule. They blamed the poor sales guy who was out at his mother's funeral and that it was his fault. Also, do you think they upheld their end about the loaner car? UMMMM NO!!!! My husband tried to get updates throughout the morning on how it was going, only to get an attitude from a cocky desk guy who told him only about 10 more minutes. Then finally at 2:45pm it made it to the lift for the oil change. Finally at almost 4:00pm my car was "ready". When my husband went out to look the car over there was pink soap running down the back hatch. He went to find the manager to show him the "quality of work" that his people did and all the manager said was "sorry" never making any effort or wanting to make it right. My husband was also promised a full tank of gas before he left. Do you think that happened? xxxx no! He left with only the half a tank of gas which was still in it from the drive up there this morning. Unfortunately, because of this horrible day of customer service, Laird Knoller has now lost a repeated customer who has bought the last 5 suv's and trucks sight unseen from them, not to mention the multiple people we have referred to your store from the Wichita area. Worst service experience ever. I am disappointed that I had to give you even a 1 star rating because you don't even deserve that!!!! More
