I purchased a Volvo XC90 and asked the dealer to replace the tires and requested Volvo comparable tires. I called the sales manager regarding Otani KC2000 tires because I never heard of them. He said he would call me back and my previous review said someone in management would get back to me. No call back. I brought my Volvo to local Volvo dealership and they replaced control arms, ball joints, alignment and console software was upgraded. My dealer experience was I regret not going to Volvo directly because I didn’t see any value in going to Autobahn Westborough. More
