I've been part of this amazing team since 2021. My life's journey is shared with my wonderful spouse, Jessica, and our five incredible kids. Our home is filled with the joyful chaos of three dogs, a wise Bearded dragon, and our two mischievous cats. You can find me embracing the great outdoors when I'm not at work. I'm all about the adventure that nature offers. I'm proud of my academic journey, having spent two enriching years at GSU and AASU, where I gained knowledge and life lessons that I carry with me every day. As for my role here, empathy is key. During what can often be a stressful time for our customers, I strive to be the sympathetic ear and the helping hand. I'm committed to demystifying the repair process, keeping you well-informed, and ensuring you're up-to-date on the progress of your repairs.
