Had a great experience at the Jerry Ulm dealership in Tampa. I had planned to get my 2018 Jeep Wrangler looked at for some issues I was experiencing. Ali Siklaoui was my service advisor and took such good care of me that I knew I would be working with this dealership in the future. When I went out to leave the dealership I noticed a tag on my mirror that was left there by Drew Bethoney stating what my used Jeep was worth. The figure on the tag got my attention and I got out of my car and went back into the dealership where I was met by Jerry Clarke. Jerry and my wife and I discussed what we might be interested in. My wife had seen a beautiful green Jeep Rubicon when we came into the dealership and we focused on trying to make a deal on that vehicle. Jerry brought Drew into the negotiations because he was the reason we came back into dealership. Both Jerry and Drew worked their butts off to get this deal made and we ended up buying the vehicle. I got to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The entire team at the dealership must be commended for the professionalism and teamwork they showed my wife and I. I went into the dealership to get some service on my used Jeep and walked out with a great new Jeep. Salesman was awesome, however the 30k+ vehicle I bought needed $900 plus and counting in maintenance. Heck it had a cracked windshield when I took delivery and the sales manager told my to call my insuranc needed $900 plus and counting in maintenance. Heck it had a cracked windshield when I took delivery and the sales manager told my to call my insurance the next day to fix it. Seat belt light comes on when attached, needed filters for cabin/intake, heated seats don't work. They sent the handle for the 2nd row release handle but it didn't fix it. Not to mention the 2500 dealer fee that covers nothing useful. Interior was stained and I had to have it clean the day purchase, Nothing but an oil change was done "allegedly" also on deliver it needed a tire replaced because there was a nail in it, service fixed it and blamed sales dept. Again sales rep was awesome, but the quality of the car is what I'd expect from a bit here pay here lot and not a new car dealer that whips out a 38k jdolpower price on a used car with 0 warranty. The picture of my sales rep looks nothing like the amazing guy I worked with. So much for super Steve. More
