No one ever went over the final price in financing. We got screwed! Just told us to sign explaining nothing. A car marked for $16,500 after I got home and did the math we will end up paying $30,000 for We got screwed! Just told us to sign explaining nothing. I finance a 2021 civic and a 2021 rav 4 and walked out the door owing $29,000 on each one. Make it make sense!! Now my college student daughter is left paying $30,000 on a 2014 car. I promise you if anyone would have explained to me the final price we would not have got the car. We can get a brand new corolla for that price. I will be contacting a lawyer and will continue to let everyone know how unethical things were handled! More

Had to buy a car in July 2022 out of necessity. Settled on a 2019 Corolla. Was being sold at ~60k miles for more than what a brand new 2022 was going for. Was told price was firm, so I was ready to Settled on a 2019 Corolla. Was being sold at ~60k miles for more than what a brand new 2022 was going for. Was told price was firm, so I was ready to walk out the door when they magically could knock off another few thousand, despite the salesman “going up to bat” several times before that. That’s not to mention the $1700 for lifetime tint that they apparently absolutely cannot take off. Car wasn’t even tinted when I took it home. It took 3 weeks and THREE DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS for them to finally get it right. And there’s no communication between departments at all apparently, and I had to go through my salesman, who apparently didn’t care after taking my money, and was like pulling teeth. I’m talking showing up pissed and interrupting sales before this guy cared enough to actually get it done. And that free oil changes for life they offer? They will only honor that every 10k miles, far beyond what the Toyota brand themselves suggest (5k). And it’s not free. They charge you for everything else as far as “regular maintenance” goes that they find (oh, and the inspection is mandatory and you’re definitely paying for that). Just want an oil change? Too bad, pay for the rest or they won’t honor the “free oil change”. “A fool and his money are soon parted”, and Anderson is clearly counting on that. Take your money elsewhere if you’re no fool.
