When we pulled up in front of the dealership, the old guy we worked with quickly jumped on the desk and dangled his leg and went on his phone to look "nonchalant." We came here to talk to a specific person we worked with quickly jumped on the desk and dangled his leg and went on his phone to look "nonchalant." We came here to talk to a specific person (Chris, I think) and the guy above, Steven (I think thats his name), attacked us out of his nonchalant pose and refused to let us talk to whom we came here to talk to- that we had an appointment with. He keeps telling us that "hes been doing this for 20 years" and "this is how it's done" and other nonsense. He let us see the carfax wholesale (because "Kelly Bluebook is just there for the clicks"), then explained how he has to take off $250+ for our trade-in for new tires and to get it ready for resale. Thats not our problem. We should get the price listed. He pretended to make a copy of our breakdown, but we could see him talking in the office to Im assuming his manager. He kept telling my husband how everything that he said was wrong and how his way was better. He was just abrasive and annoying. More
