I researched buying an SUV vehicle from almost every source available - other dealerships of seven different manufactures. I spent countless hours with the Internet sites. I double triple checked the vehicles of interest on Consumer Reports. I kept reverting back to Mazda - highly rated - moderately priced across the model choices. I realized the CX5 fit my needs. Tyler Kelly sent out an email about 45 days prior to offer his assistance. Last week I finally stopped in to check out the different CX5s Mazda of Kent inventory. Marc honestly guided me to Tyler realizing he had prior contact for the lead. What a gentleman. He could’ve tried to jump to claim the potential sale but didn’t - selfless. There were many CX5s to choose from and I test drove four until I settled on one to negotiate a purchase. That’s when I realized I was dealing with a top notch organization. Never pressured by Tyler - i was exposed to Ron Delphia the finance business money guy who worked and reworked the numbers and banking finance sources. Professional and again - not a hint of pressure - he worked on my behalf to comfortably guide me to a common sense affordable decision. All the while Sales Manager Steve Colon was overseeing the progress with calm reassurance. I’ve been in sales all my life. I can sniff out manipulative pretentious sales actions in milliseconds. But that didn’t happen. It was refreshing to see a great team all working together to help me AND guide me. These guys are genuine. Professional. Helpful. Personable. Top notch. And most important? Reliable and trustworthy. My compliments. More

I love my new 2024 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Edition! I had a 2022 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Edition that was totaled in December, when it was hit by a semi. My 2022 Mazda CX-5 did its job, protected me, kept me I had a 2022 Mazda CX-5 Turbo Edition that was totaled in December, when it was hit by a semi. My 2022 Mazda CX-5 did its job, protected me, kept me safe, and took the brunt of the impact. While waiting for the insurance claim to be settled, I reached back out to Mazda of Kent, and had the pleasure of getting in contact with Renee, who answered the phone when I called in, and I explained my situation. I knew that I wanted another Mazda CX-5, exactly like I had before, because of all of its wonderful technology, but even more importantly- because of its top-notch safety features. It was awhile before the insurance claim was settled, but Renee reached out regularly, letting me know that she’d be ready to help me find another vehicle, once everything was settled. When my claim was finally settled, I stopped into the dealership just to browse, and the first person who greeted me when I arrived, was Renee. She immediately got to work, and located the exact vehicle that I was interested in, just recently delivered to their lot. She showed me the vehicle, and let me take a look at its features, and test it out. I knew it was what I wanted, and Renee helped me get the ball rolling, to purchase it. She was friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable- she knows her stuff! I left there that night with a purchase order, and I was able to get my financing done through my credit union the very next morning. Renee even offered to deliver the car to my work or home, but I chose to come in on Saturday, after work, and Renee made the process easy and seamless. If you are in the market for a top-notch vehicle with awesome technology features and excellent safety features, I highly recommend Mazda of Kent, the Mazda CX-5, and Renee. I bought my last two vehicles from Mazda of Kent, and had excellent service both times. Jake will also take excellent care of you- he helped me when I bought my 2022 Mazda CX-5, and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, as well. Thank you, to Renee, Jake, and thank you, Mazda of Kent! I love my new Mazda! 🙂 More
