My salesman was very polite, professional and went above and beyond for us. His name is Chase Rose. Was please with sales and with service, Not crazy about the finance man I worked with, tried to intimidate and beyond for us. His name is Chase Rose. Was please with sales and with service, Not crazy about the finance man I worked with, tried to intimidate and up sale me, threatening to sell vehicle out from underneath me if I did not pay a deposit. Then pressured me to sign a contract on a vehicle that was not on the lot for another week and a half, sight unseen. Other than that I was well please with Chase and the dealership as a whole. Steven only filled in once while my salesman’s day off. No opinion on him. More

We had issues with the truck I purchased as soon as I drove off the lot. It was very difficult to get them to communicate and when I finally got the truck back they weren’t transparent with what was goin drove off the lot. It was very difficult to get them to communicate and when I finally got the truck back they weren’t transparent with what was going on. I know because I was talking to the dodge service center about the repair.seems like a lot of confusion. They also pulled a inquiry on my credit several days after the truck was already financed with my bank I have asked about that and no one seems to care but it dinged my credit 5 points. The did fix the truck. But I still spent 500 dollars out of my own pocket the day after I drove it off. Fuel filters threw an alarm and the ccv threw an alarm. Steven my sales guy was a great guy but didn’t communicate well. I would not recommend this lot for a used vehicle. Maybe they need to stick with selling VW bugs instead of 2500 diesel trucks More
