I brought my car in to be serviced. I was told if there was something that needed attention that Steve would come discuss it with me. He came when my car was serviced. I paid the bill a I was told if there was something that needed attention that Steve would come discuss it with me. He came when my car was serviced. I paid the bill and left. when I arrived home I read the three back pages showing additional service recommendations that requires Immediate Attention! Fuel Induction Service, Fuel injection service, Coolant Flush Service and AC Evap Service to the tune of $1,341.30! This is my second Kia but my first time feeling less than pleased. This is not Steve's problem. This is obviously how you do business. I am not impressed with the back page tactics. Coffee and donuts only go so far. More

I was a little worried about making my service appointment on line. But I did and it was ok. Decided to go out to lunch (which required 2 cars) thinking the service would take forever. But it didn appointment on line. But I did and it was ok. Decided to go out to lunch (which required 2 cars) thinking the service would take forever. But it didn't. The service call was completed in an hour. And the car was even washed and looked like new. So lesson learned. Take only 1 vehicle. Wait patiently. Spend the $$ you saved on gas and go to lunch! More
