wouldn't normally do a review on something like this, but I had to have the 12 V battery replaced on my Kia Niro and two other Kia dealers were not very professional with my interactions and much higher pric I had to have the 12 V battery replaced on my Kia Niro and two other Kia dealers were not very professional with my interactions and much higher priced for the same repair. My service tech at Jenkins, Steven Caron, was awesome to work with. There was an initial miscommunication from whoever I talked to originally on the phone regarding the price, compared to what Steve told me in person, so I was definitely annoyed when I first arrived and waited for 30 minutes and then was told a completely different price. He heard me out, understood my frustrations and still stayed calm and cool about everything. He definitely made me feel comfortable that having my car serviced at Jenkins was the right way to go! More
