Steven understood that we were intrigued by the dealership's interest in our leased Corolla Hybrid with one year left on the lease. As the conversation developed, we found a Camry Hybrid LE to our liking. And after an hour of going back and forth with he and the manager, we came to an agreement. My understanding of a good deal is when both parties are pleased with an agreement. From our standpoint, we are very pleased. Thank you, Steven and Findlay Toyota Prescott for making an attractive package for getting us to trade in a car we enjoyed to an even better car, at our price point. More

My issue with the dealership and the financial process is that I left the front door and didn't understand the real price of the vehicle. That should never happen. I'm surprised I settled with just a tacit explanation of some changes that were going to be made only to find out later that I wouldn't really see an accounting of the deal until I paid off the loan after the first (or maybe the second) payment. I never got a final and complete document from the financial department. I really hope that this critique will accomplish getting a clarification. I'll wait a little longer. More
