We originally were working with Kyle, Internet Sales Manager, and he was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Steven was equally helpful and had a great attitude. He was courteous beyond belief, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in making sure understood how to operate all of the vehicle's functions before we left the dealership. Purchased a new 4Runner which they located out of state for me. When it arrived they made a number of offroad improvement modifications for me which, if done by a Toyota dealer, protects the warranty. Th for me.
