Steven, was the main reason I ended up purchasing my 2024 Tacoma from Findley Toyota. I had plenty of other opportunities in the valley, but Steven worked with me over SMS, phone and email. We originally were working with Kyle, Internet Sales Manager, and he was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. Steven was equally helpful and had a great attitude. Purchased a new 4Runner which they located out of state for me. When it arrived they made a number of offroad improvement modifications for me which, if done by a Toyota dealer, protects the warranty. Th for me.
