When Steven found out he was no longer there, he began to help us find the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We found that the vehicle we saw on the website was in transit, but Steven showed us similar vehicles so we could get an idea of what this one would be like. When he found out that my wife really wanted a different color, he found the vehicle she wanted at another dealership and had it sent to Wilsonville so we could purchase it. When we arrived to pick it up, Steven was very helpful, showing my wife all the features of the car and ensuring she would have an enjoyable first ride in her new car. Thank you Steven. More

Steven Bailey was great. He listened to my needs and was very patient through the whole process. He had me test drive 3 used trucks and 1 SUV before I made my selection. Wilsonville Toyota was a great new car buying experience we have ever had. The salesman really listened to us and found us exactly what we wanted. We postponed our decision on the warranty until we could estimate how many miles we would drive per year, since this was relevant to the warranty value. The service to install an additional option was fast an d they did a great job. More
