bought a 2014 gmc within days transmission started acting up.had it looked at at transmission shop said trans was bad.took it to lithia they said all they would do is 10% of labor.rob in service center said up.had it looked at at transmission shop said trans was bad.took it to lithia they said all they would do is 10% of labor.rob in service center said he could repair my truck for 3000.his boss okayed the price i put 500 down for work to start.then i get a call and rob said they couldnt do it for that price after all and cancelled down payment.pretty much said i was burnt.i was willing to work with them even split cost but they didnt want to help.also my trade in they said they could only give me 3500 next day they had it on lot for 11500.now i have a truck i cant drive until a come up with 6700 to fix only made 1 payment so far and owe over 30000. More
