However, I had been getting a lot of mail offers from Ford of Port Richey (I get my other car serviced there), so I thought...what the heck I'll check it out...Olivia Jacobs was very friendly and got me to come down and see what was available...although I was certain I was gonna get that Dodge at the other dealership. I came down and asked for Shawna Blackwell because Steve Wollak in service had previously recommended her for sales. She is wonderful!! Exactly the kind of saleswoman I would like. First of all, I think it's great to have more females in this industry, and was impressed with her friendly low pressure personality. One thing I hate is a strong sell, or annoying high pressure tactics. She's easy-going, knowledgeable and sincerely cares about what you're looking for in a vehicle and what kind of deal you want. She paid close attention to what I said, and seemed truly interested. I highly recommend her. She got me to forget all about that Challenger and got me sold on my beautiful, sexy and powerful 2019 Ford Mustang!! Couldn't be happier!! Thanks Shawna, Olivia, Steve and Ford of Port Richey!! Lovin' my new car!! p.s. Frank Johnson in service is very nice also...he's gonna be my service advisor for my Mustang and helped explain to me how my anti wheel theft works. More
