Awesome Experience working with Steve Willis and Subaru We weren't sure about purchasing our first Subaru. We didn't know much about the cars and knew the selection was far more limited than other car manu We weren't sure about purchasing our first Subaru. We didn't know much about the cars and knew the selection was far more limited than other car manufacturers. We test drove a Toyota, Mazda and were inclined to get a more known vehicle. Since the car was going to college and being driven in rough weather, we also wanted one that could handle snow, ice and was safe. Everything pointed to a Subaru. So we started with the Outback and loved it. We then tried the Forester and it was ok. Different shape and size, but similar features. Steve did a great job explaining features and reviewing the best potential car for us. After a long day, we took the weekend to think about which model. It turns out, it was the Impreza! This car has the right mixture of safety, convenience, sportiness, suited what my son needed for college and beyond. Steve is terrific. He was able to answer the questions we needed, get the information regarding features and provide us the perspective for a great car for daily and school use. Great sense of humor and is always willing to go the extra step to make sure the questions and concerns regarding the purchase were being answered. We added remote start, locking lug nuts, tinting and some other items. A great experience. The finance process was clear and simple with Traci. She reviewed all of the options and concerns, in addition to the options we could add to protect our new vehicle. A great experience with a terrific team and dealership. More

From oil change to new Impreza. I went in for an oil change on my Outback and thought I'd l round while I waited. I was just looking trying to decide if I wanted a smaller, new car o I went in for an oil change on my Outback and thought I'd l round while I waited. I was just looking trying to decide if I wanted a smaller, new car or keep my Outback. I looked at Impeza and test drove and test drove one though I didn't like the color. I loved it. After deciding on a color Steve Wilis and crew worked very hard finding what I wanted, no easy. Eventually one was located, love it. I was very impressed with the team work atmosphere there. Everyone kept me informed along the way. Great folks. More
