Professional and fun. I was dreading going car shopping, expecting high pressure sales tactics. Just the opposite occurred! It turned out to be great fun exploring the different models and test driving them within my time table. No rush. My questions were taken seriously, and I was encouraged to check out the competition, which I did. Steve was very personable, knowledgeable, and considerate, along with having a good sense of humor. My experience working with Steve was exceptional from the moment I waltzed in. I am now a first-time Subaru owner. I was also quite impressed with the organization and knowledge of Traci in finance, who clearly and succinctly explained available services, coverage, and payment options .In addition to her obvious expertise, she was great fun to chat with. I decided to purchase the extra coating for the car and returned a few days later to have it done. Jesse in service was very accommodating, and made sure I had whatever I needed while I waited. The job was well done and timely. I am now looking forward to meeting with Darla who will be helping me to become more comfortable with the features of the Forester I bought.
