Friendly persistence got Kevin the deal I came in to look at & test drive a Subaru back in October 2015. Kevin, "Big Bird" my salesman was very helpful & friendly. I visited the dealership three weeks before I could purchase my car and I rated Tucson Subaru five stars because of how well everyone here treated me. I visited the dealership three weeks before I could purchase my car and Steve Willis waited patiently and got back in touch with me in a way that wasn't pushy like many salesman I've encountered at other dealerships. He worked with me to get the car I wanted with the options and color I wanted and didn't push extras on me. He even put on the Texans' playoff game while I was waiting. Curt McHenry took the time to answer every question I had in detail and never skirted around any concerns I had. Overall, I would definitely recommend everyone that worked with me and will be visiting Tucson Subaru again. More

Great Deal, Great Experience Yesterday, after spending a few hours at a competing dealership and being pressured to accept a bad deal, I left and found a better car on the Tucson Yesterday, after spending a few hours at a competing dealership and being pressured to accept a bad deal, I left and found a better car on the Tucson Subaru website that I thought must be a mistake (higher trim package, lower price), or perhaps a bait and switch tactic. I called the dealership about the car advertised and they said it was not a misprint. My wife and I drove to the dealership and spoke with Steve, he showed me the car, it was perfect and at an unbelievable price. Steve printed out the price including tax, title, and license, I put a deposit on the vehicle. Today, my mother-in-law went back and purchased the car at the price listed on Steve's print out, no hassles. My mother-in-law is thrilled with her purchase and her experience at Tucson Subaru! Thank you Steve for making this process so enjoyable. More
