Harry and Steve was awesome. Steve stayed late to show me all the cool gadgets my new Benz has and he made sure I made it to my car safely. The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi Used cash value, not trade in value for estimating my trade in. The car was not thoroughly prepared; the tires were set at a significantly higher psi than what is recommended. I wasn’t aware to look for the recommended behind the gas cap; one should ignore the higher level recommended on the front door. Call to Service Department we’re not returned. Final i drove to the dealership and a very nice young service tech was able to help with this particular problem. More
