I dealt with 3 different dealers and walked away all 3 times due to dishonest additional charges. I asked all 3 dealers, is this the actual price? When I came back to Walser Buick in Roseville, I wanted to begin a new lease w/ more miles. They were able to get me into the exact color I wanted, which was the Ocean Blue And showed me the value and the to begin a new lease w/ more miles. They were able to get me into the exact color I wanted, which was the Ocean Blue And showed me the value and the benefits of going to the next Encore GX ST. I am so thrilled with my new car. I enjoy driving it every minute I’m in it.!! I am so much happier with the 2025 Encore GX, It really has everything that I wanted! The staff is always professional and friendly and willing to work with you for whatever it is you need. The dealership is about 25 miles from my home, but it is worth it to stay with the same team and the same dealership and the people who know me!! Worse experience I’ve ever had purchasing from a dealership. First of all, their return policy is completely false. I tried to return the vehicle after having it for one day. I was informed that the dealership. First of all, their return policy is completely false. I tried to return the vehicle after having it for one day. I was informed that the time period for returns starts once the paperwork begins, not once I receive the vehicle and I live out of state, so it was delivered. And for some reason, it took Nick several weeks just to complete the purchase paperwork. And communication was spotty at best. Once the truck arrived, I found peeling on the fender flares which I was not aware of. The exterior of the truck was expected to be dirty due to shipping. The interior was not. There were leaves and spiderwebs in be back seat! The truck came with a locking tailgate, but they didn’t give me a key even though I specifically asked about it beforehand. I was then told that I could order replacements and I would be reimbursed. Here we are several weeks after I provided them with a receipt and still haven’t received a check. Haven’t received the vehicle registration due to a paperwork error on their part either. More
