I liked the video the tech took of the underside of my car. Although I didn’t use it, the message from the advisor is good. I was told someone would come to get me in the waiting room when my car was done car. Although I didn’t use it, the message from the advisor is good. I was told someone would come to get me in the waiting room when my car was done. Some how I got forgotten and about 4:40 I was starting to get worried something was wrong. I found out my car was outside with the work finished. Also the mileage on the work order is wrong. Should be 60074 not 66074. Could you please fix this with CARFAX More

I’m still having a problem with some jerking with automatic shifting. It did improve somewhat with computer adjustments but I think it should shift smoothly all the time. I brought my truck in for an oil change and a howling sound that I was getting. I was told that my front tires were cupped . They did the oil change they rotated my tires, but never offered to do an al sound that I was getting. I was told that my front tires were cupped . My wife and I came in to look at two vehicles. We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced We were surprised that the General Manager was the one to greet us while I was looking under the first vehicle. Steve was very polite and introduced himself and asked what they could do to help. We had a short conversation and then he grabbed a sales associate, Nick, and both were very accommodating and patient with our inquiries about the used vehicles. They provided hard copies of everything from the Carfax to their own vehicle inspection report for us to review. They were also accommodating while we left to discuss and then came back to have an offsite third-party pre-purchase inspection done on one of the vehicles. We came back with no real issues and closed the sale. We were even the last ones out the door a few minutes after hours. Both Steve and Nick were both there to see us off in our new, to us at least, vehicle. Would defiantly not hesitate to look at Walser again as the service earned my repeat business. More
