Very easy sale for them as I sought them out due to a vehicle being in stock. Completed most of the transaction online, but upon delivery the vehicle hadn't even been washed. New $55K vehicle and no deta vehicle being in stock. Completed most of the transaction online, but upon delivery the vehicle hadn't even been washed. New $55K vehicle and no detailing was done prior to delivery... I basically had to tell them if they didn't at least wash it, I wasn't taking it home. Before delivery I tried to work with their parts department to order a bottle of touchup paint. They never called me back. Upon delivery I asked sales to assist me, and they said they'd have a bottle sent to me. One follow up and three weeks later, no bottle of touchup paint. The salesperson himself was a nice guy. Managment of the dealership seems lacking. Returning to GM after owning Toyota, not off to a super start. More

Taylor service this entire time was unprofessional! They was no communication unless I initiated. I missed 4 days of work due to him giving me the runaround. My car was being serviced 3 weeks and he sti They was no communication unless I initiated. I missed 4 days of work due to him giving me the runaround. My car was being serviced 3 weeks and he still never completed all repairs even though they were covered under WAG extended warranty. When I notified him and others that those claim should be submitted it’s been silence. I would never spend a penny here again and wouldn’t recommend it either! More

To dealing with all the paper work involved in the sale, along with Chelsey, made the process of buying our car the best and easiest we ever had. Showed us the service area, very clean and orderly. Had our car cleaned and ready to go, He even helped set up our On-star and link our phone. Answered all our questions about the Encore accessories. Great kid, Adam and Chelsey are assets to Walser, Roseville. Chelsey was the best. took really great care of us. Will be back and refer Walser Buick Roseville to family, friends, anyone. More
