I would recommend the Sales Team. However the issues in getting the Vehicle we wanted ready and available was scary slow. I fully understand delays and not being able to pinpoint the issue, but it was well beyond that. Also the head of sales calling my Wife and I was nice, but zero follow up from Him. Just lip service. I believe we have purchased 3 (or maybe 4) vehicles from Walser. This one was brutal. One-Off Experience? Really hope so. More

I was given an "as is" contract for this vehicle, despite it being purchased with warranty. Kind of takes "as is" out of the equation. I was also not given the inspection report until 3 weeks after purchase. it being purchased with warranty. Kind of takes "as is" out of the equation. I was also not given the inspection report until 3 weeks after purchase. I had to ask for it while my car was broken down from overheating. I saw coolant condition and suspension parts failed the inspection, and were not repaired. Since purchase about 6 weeks ago, the car has overheated and has recieved an axel repair, yet my car continues to shake at highway speeds rendering it unsafe. Minnesota statute 325F.662 and consumer fraud statutes do protect me in this situation. These are not cosmetic concerns, these are safety and drivability concerns that walser was aware of, and sold to me anyway, misrepresented. I do plan to pursue further action. More

Bought a 2020 XT6, noticed slight shudders while exhilarating, was diagnosed as a broken motor mount that wouldn’t be covered under the 30 day warranty. Took it to a local GMC/Cadillac dealership an exhilarating, was diagnosed as a broken motor mount that wouldn’t be covered under the 30 day warranty. Took it to a local GMC/Cadillac dealership and was diagnosed as torque converter shudder along with a leak in the transfer case, which would have been covered by the 30 day warranty. Either you have the worst service techs or you’re trying to avoid taking care of a customer that just spent $30,000. Completely dissatisfied! More

Walser was about to rebuild my tranny and replace the CV axels under my warranty in a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job. The only real issue I had with them was they needed to take my tires of axels under my warranty in a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job. The only real issue I had with them was they needed to take my tires off and I had recently gotten new rims and the shop that put them on used lugs that had a specific socket and I wasn’t aware of this and didn’t have the socket in the truck. I wasn’t aware 3 hours out of town and it was a Friday when they contacted me. So I had to wait until Monday for the mechanic to finish cidting me an extra 3 days on a rental. They should have had a socket on hand to remove the lugs as the socket is universal. When I picked the truck up I had some service lights go on and called walser. I had to leave a message and didn’t get a call back to follow up. The lights cleared themselves eventually. More
