Steve Towery , my service manager was great. He took his time to discuss my service needs and did his best to keep p me updated on the progress. Unfortunately they had to keep my car overnigh He took his time to discuss my service needs and did his best to keep p me updated on the progress. Unfortunately they had to keep my car overnight,.Sone of this was the extra time the service techs took investigating the problems and I believe partly because the service department is understaffed. This us my 3rd time using this facility and each time it seemed that even I had appointments, the service took longer than estimated. More
