I received a letter from Honda about the computer update and was delighted they could get me in so soon. Turns out they couldn't. The AI scheduler apparently had no idea how busy the techs were. I would have been happier if a human scheduler had told me how backed up the staff was. I would have been able to bring the CRV in any time next week. More

When I brought my vehicle in for service, I had the best experience I have ever had at the dealership. I had a service advisor who was exceptional in customer service. He was not only exceptional but very k experience I have ever had at the dealership. I had a service advisor who was exceptional in customer service. He was not only exceptional but very knowledgeable and informative about my vehicle during each process that was being handled. This was the first time that I had experienced a service advisor treating me like family. I highly recommend Christopher Daniels as a service advisor. He took excellent care of me and my vehicle.
