When I stopped in to Subaru, Steve took me for a test drive explaining in great detail all the features of the Forester. When we got back, he went out and took photos of my trade- in and offered me a good price. I thought about it for a week and then met with Steve again. I am now a proud owner of a new Forester! On the day, I picked it up Steve spent a lot of time showing me all the buttons and even set up my Bluetooth and Star Link. I would recommend this dealership. More

My salesman Steve Sze in a word wonderful. Steve was knowledgeable, patient, polite not pushy. He listened and inderstood what I was looking for. It was a very pleasant experience. In finance process I felt a little strong armed into signing up for door ding. Wheel protection package I wanted to go home and think about it but Micheal was so insistant that I had to do it right then and there he actually scared me into this. Saying you got special wheel covers (that I didn't ask for but came with the pkge)that if scratched would cost me more than the policy. He said he has it and has put in 3 claims already. The more I thought about it I was sorry I took it but was now stuck with it. I did speak my peace the next day when I went to pic up car saying if these wheel covers are so sensitive and if I get a flat tire and call your roadside service shouldnn't they know how to handle tjem why would tjey scratch them, also windsjield protection I have that with my own insurance so I feel like I am double paying. He had an answer fpr everything. He was nice about it but he comes on very strong. At the end I still had to take coverage so I wasn't happy but that was my own fault because I didn't listen to my gut,but after all said and done I felt better that I told him how he made me feel he said he didn't mean to make me feel that way and I would feel better once I put in my 1st claim. Something I never haf to do with my other cars, bit to make me feel better he did give me lifetime oil changes big deal and I don't mean to make that feel like nothing nit that is only good if I staywith subaru i the future. He also offered on my mext purchade a large discount but once again its only if I stay with subaru, if I stay with star dealership and if Mike is still working there. Its a lot of ifs. Also the policy is $1000. Which is not a small amount at least not to me. This is my 3rd car w/ Subaru 1st time I felt this way. I just don't want anyone else to be in that position of feeling u have no choice.i just felt powerless. Obviously I like subaru but this did put a bad taste in my mouth but I do love my car. With the exception of this I can't say enough of my experience with Steve Sze, I really didn't mind shopping for a new car thanks to him. He tried very hard to stay within my budget and not give me the usual everything goes up speech. I hope this is helpful and in no way did I mean this to hurt anyone but an experience that went from near perfect to making me feel bad about a decision I ultimately made because someone with stronger views made me feel little. Just didn't want to start the 1st day of the New Year feeling this way. Here's to happier days driving in my new subaru. Hopefully I will be back for my 4th sunaru but it does make me think its only a car and when car is new they are all nice might look at other dealerships next time. Something Ithought I would never hear myself say. Happy New Year!! More
