I WAS LOOKING TO BUY A NEW CAR THAT WAS SAFE,ECONOMICAL,LOW MAINTAINENCE WITH A GREAT WARRANTY AND NICE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GET YOU INTO WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED AND NOT INTO THE MOST EXPENSI SAFE,ECONOMICAL,LOW MAINTAINENCE WITH A GREAT WARRANTY AND NICE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO GET YOU INTO WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED AND NOT INTO THE MOST EXPENSIVE CAR ON THE LOT AND BOY DID I FIND EXACTLY THAT AT HALLEEN KIA IN NORTH OLMSTEAD. THIS WAS MY FIRST FOREIGN CAR AND NOW THAT I'VE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER,IT WON'T BE THE LAST ONE I BUY. MY SALESMAN WAS JOHN O'DEE, HE WAS FRIENDLY,PATIENT AND KNOWS THOSE CARS INSIDE OUT! I BOUGHT A FULLY LOADED 2012 SOUL WITH EVERY BELL AND WHISTLE YOU CAN IMAGINE AND HE WAS ABLE TO TAKE ME THROUGH LEARNING HOW TO USE ALL THE FUNCTIONS WITHOUT MAKING ME WANT TO RUN AND HIDE,I ADMIT I AM TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED!!!! HE WAS A BALL OF ENERGY AND HAD EVERYTHING HE WRAPPED UP IN NO TIME AT ALL. THE FINANCE ASSOCIATE WAS STEVE STINE AND WAS SO NICE, I WAS PREAPPROVED SO THERE WASN'T TOO MUCH FOR HIM TO DO BUT IN SPITE OF HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THERE WAITING TO SEE HIM HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BEING RUSHED OUT. I FEEL LIKE I SLEPT WITH A HANGER IN MY MOUTH, I HAVEN'T STOPPED SMILING SINCE I DROVE OFF THE LOT. I EVEN GOT A STUFFED HAMPSTER FROM JOHN O'DEE THAT RIDES SHOTGUN WITH ME ALL THE TIME. Mike was a great salesman. He was down to earth and nice to work with. He is fairly new and he didn't give you that feeling like you are being scammed or ripped off like some salesmen give. I think it would be wise to keep him around the dealership at all costs. I would definitely recommend friends to go see him. I also liked the finance worker, Steve Stein. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and made my wife and me feel very comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the appraisal on my trade in. The guy who did it low balled me and the value he gave made me feel disrespected. Neither Mike nor Steve did the appraisal so I couldn't be upset with them, they were great. All in all, I was very pleased with my treatment and left happy. More

Mark obtain a good deal for me so a purchase agreement was in order. This went very smoothly. Next I worked with Steve Stein the Finance Manager. He was able to find me a decent percentage rate and gave me the low down on different services that were available to me . Steve was very knowledgeable , friendly and made the finaceing part of this trasaction run very smoothly. I purchased the car I had seen and was very satisified with my overall experience at Halleen Kia .
