I live in Cincinnati and was working with Mike Seale on a Kia Sportage. I found the car via CARFAX, and he was quick to respond to all my questions about the car before I made the 3hr drive to see it. I drov Kia Sportage. I drove up on a day that he was off on vacation to see the car (trying to avoid bad weather), and he came in to meet with me. He had the car ready for review and spent a lot of time going over the car features. I purchased the car that day. Mike and the Kia staff were very responsive and processed the paperwork quickly (compared to other Dealers I worked with). I would also give a shout out to Steve Stein in their finance department. He walked be through the paperwork and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and worked hard to get the paperwork processed as fast as possible and get me out the door...highly appreciated. They also did a final cleaning touchup on the car and filled it up before I left. I would highly recommend buying a car from them. More
