I was born in Seattle and now live in Everett. I have worked for Klein Honda for over 10 years and before that worked at Hyundai of Everett auto Dealership for 2 years. The Klein family is what makes Klein Honda such a great place to work. After working for the Hyundai Dealership, WA I started my career at Klein Honda in new Honda Sales. That was fun working with the Honda buyers, but I wanted to try something new and decided to become a Honda service advisor. I love it, I really enjoy working with my Honda customers and getting the chance to see them more often then in Honda new car sales, which is like every 4 years. I often see my service customers at least 3 times a year for Honda Oil Changes. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf at Cedarcrest in Marysville, WA and taking my beautiful wife to Seattle for plays. I recently started playing softball in a Mountlake Terrace recreation league. My favorite restaurant is Bone Fish in Kirkland, WA.

Garbage service from a garbage dealership. Called several days before and scheduled an appointment for my Civic to have its “check emissions system” message checked out. I dropped the car off at my appointment time and was asked “do you plan on waiting here or do you want us to call you when we have an update?”. I told the service tech I wanted to be called. I had a friend pick me up to take me home. 24 hours later I had heard nothing from Klein so I called and was told “oh, it looks like we’re just about to check it out now” meaning they had forgotten about my car until I called. They called me a few hours later and said it was the thermostat and they would be able to replace it and have it ready by that night. I finally got a call late in the morning the next day saying they were finished. I told them I wanted a discount because of the poor communication and the fact they had forgotten about my car. They said they could discuss when I came in to pick up the car. I came on Sunday since it was the only day I could get someone to take me since my wife is home with our newborn baby. I went inside and talked to one of the sales people since the service department is closed Sundays. The sales person talked to a manager and said they could only give me the keys if I payed the full balance. I told them I wouldn’t and that I needed either a discount or for someone to drive me home since I had been dropped off by my mother-in-law on her lunch break and she had left. The team at Klein refused to help in any way and told me to come back tomorrow and that they couldn’t do anything to help me get home. I assume since there was no chance of a commission check for the sales manager there was no reason to help me. I walked to Target in the rain and had my wife pack our 1 month old baby into a car seat and come pick me up. Terrible service. Once I pick up my car I won’t be back again and I will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place as well. More

When I bought my car there was a warrantee, they immediately took the warrantee away when I went to sign tye paperwork. That was my first red flag. I shouldn't have bought it. Since then, they've broken my door and refused to fix it. They also have opted to lie to me instead of doing any kind of inspection on my car. My brakes were metal on metal, but their "technician" said my brakes were "good". It's clear to me that now that they have my money they don't care about me as a customer. I've paid to have free oil changes for the life of my car, but now that I've expressed my displeasure at how they've treated me and my vehicle, those oil changes are all of a sudden a "gift" that they may not keep giving me. They've also decided to blame ME for their poor performance and terrible service, which isn't a good look for a customer service based business. All in all I am disappointed with them. Their customer service borders on abusive, their service center has cost me money on "free" oil changes, and their management staff seem pretty incompetent. They got my money and could care less now. More

Evelyn (internet sales) was responsive to my many emails and Geoff made the test drive and write up of the transaction painless. He has a relaxed manner, a nice sense of humor and went way out of his way to help us. Sage was impressively efficient with the documentation signing process. All of the people I met at Klein Honda were friendly, informative and walked us patiently through the many car-buying details, making it enjoyable through the process. Would definitely buy our next vehicle with them!!! More

Not Klein Honda in Everett WA is top notch! I purchased my first Honda 6 years ago and have had all maintenance on my Pilot done at the dealership. Not only was my car buying experience completely comfortable, I have also experienced the best customer service each time I return for maintenance. The team is knowledgable, ensures I am well informed of service performed, gives me rides as needed and has an efficient timeline in and out. I recently gave my 6 yr old Honda to my daughter to take to college. Needing to purchase a new car for myself, there was not doubt I would return to Klein Honda to purchase a second Honda. A couple months ago, I purchase a CRV from Ralph, who is absolutely the most amazing car salesman I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgable, worked several options through with me, and I felt completely comfortable. A first for buying a car! Both cars will continue to be serviced at Klein Honda dealership. Because of the good service and customer relations, I wouldn't trust my cars to any one else! More

Horrible dealership Worst dealership ever! I wish I had read the negative Yelp reviews before I purchased a car from this dealership. They are unfortunately very true a Worst dealership ever! I wish I had read the negative Yelp reviews before I purchased a car from this dealership. They are unfortunately very true and I am so sorry for the other customers that gotten taken by Klein Honda. I purchased a minivan last May. Although the carfax did state it had minor damage, the salesman assured me they checked everything and all had been repaired. What a lie! There has been one problem after another. The bumper is barely hanging on, they rigged it so it looked attached and then after a few weeks, it began to show problems. After I got down and took a closer look, yep, they had lied about the repair. They also had advertised the van as 8 passenger seating, but of course when I got there, the middle seat was gone, but they promised to find me one - no problem - they deal with Honda Odyssey's all the time. FIVE months later, they have still not honored their agreement - no middle seat. Even worse, I could be in a carpool, thus costing me less gas and miles, but unable to participate because NO MIDDLE SEAT! We live in Seattle and they have had us come back and forth several times with nothing to show for it. We dealt with one person after another, Keith, Steve Shosky, Brodie Ryan - all passing the buck to another who again assures us they are "working on it". I hope at least one person benefits from this review by not buying a car from Klein Honda and does not have to go through what we have dealt with. More
