We needed information about our current value of our 2017 Highlander, which was totaled. Nancy's information provided us as a third-party claimant with information to provide an accurate value of the 2017 Highlander, which was helpful in the negotiation with the insurance company. She informed us of 2023 Highlanders, which became available over the weeks without a car. This ended with the purchase of a beautiful 2023 Highlander. Our third one!
