I’ve brought my vehicle here multiple times and had great customer service experience, however this time around I cannot say the same. I dropped my car off late in the day, I understand, but all the workers customer service experience, however this time around I cannot say the same. I dropped my car off late in the day, I understand, but all the workers were standing/sitting in the office talking and no one came to greet me until I approached the office and asked for assistance. I stated that I understood I’d be leaving the car overnight and wouldn’t receive any information until the next day about what the diagnostic test revealed with it being close to closing time. The next day came and it was almost noon I still hadn’t received any updates on my vehicle which is unlike the dealership as all my previous service techs are very informative about what is happening. I reached out and called upon which I was transferred to Steve, the tech who checked me in the night before, and he went on to tell me what repairs the vehicle needed. I was expecting to get the diagnostic report to approve the expenses and that never happened other than the verbal conversation, but had been told my car would be ready today. It was almost 5pm and again I still had not received or heard anything from the tech or dealer so I once again reach out to see if my vehicle was ready. This time when I called the dealership I was placed on hold after asking about the status of my vehicle to have someone come back on and say it would be ready in 20 minutes and then hang up immediately after, with no gesture to end the conversation like “thank you, have a nice day, see you shortly, any other questions?” The customer service and communication was overall very lackluster and not what I have experienced from previous visits. More
