I've visited other locations and the kindness and awareness of all customers in there locations was by far the best for Mercedes Benz! I worked with Aleksey and was an amazing car sales man. I would recommend to anyone! He had spectacular knowledge from all vehicles in the location unlike some others I visited and he was great and getting back to me so quickly when ever I had a question. He really found the car just for me and my price range. Aleksey not only went the extra mile in searching for a few days for the right car with the right equip but he also made me feel like a true valued customer. Unfortunately, the nature of the issue bewildered even them. After several difficult conversations, they resolved the situation with grace, caring, sincerity and generosity. I cannot say enough good about them. They truly made the best of an unfortunate situation. The service center was very helpful and went over a detailed list of what was going into the repair. The repair was expensive however that was my mistake for braking my vehicle in the first place. I decided to trade in my vehicle due to the expensive repair. Steve from the service center got me in touch with Eliud who was super helpful in assisting me during the process of trading in my broke vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle. Eliud got us a great price for our trade in and super easy no negotiating price for the new vehicle. The process was smooth and not stressful. We will definitely being doing all of our future business though Umansky's. More
