My car was sent in for service due to a recall on a part of the engine which directly affected me because my car wouldn’t work due to this issue. My car was sent to the service center on August 28th and I d of the engine which directly affected me because my car wouldn’t work due to this issue. My car was sent to the service center on August 28th and I didn’t receive it back until October 29th. No communication was shared until about 1-2 weeks before the car was returned though myself and the management of my dealership constantly checked for updates we kept getting told to wait 2 weeks. I only received updates because I finally reached someone who cared and followed up as promised. 2 months without the car I pay for is completely unreasonable and I’m very disappointed with the service I received especially knowing other Lia owners who got the same issue fixed within days. More
