This dealership took over one hour and forty-five minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed minutes for a scheduled service. I had an appointment and this made it worse! Then they tell me my bill is almost 3 times higher than what I agreed too. There was a miscommunication on my service so I got the extra service, which I did not pay for. I paid for the service that I asked for. Unfortunately, I have no idea what was done to my car except for the oil change. They were very nice. More

I was pleased with the service I received from the first time I drove onto the lot. The salesman was courteous and I felt no pressure. Overall great experience, which is rare these days.
