Steve was helpful and patient, making himself available whenever we wanted to stop by and inviting us to take 2 test drives while we were making up our mind. This process took a couple of weeks and Steve kept in touch but didn't overwhelm us with calls. He also explained many of the features once we had decided to lease that vehicle.
