I’ve been with Lexus for the last 12 years . Haven’t had any other car and I went to trade in my car and get a new one , and needless to say my experience was terrible. We were told all kinds of different things and at the end of the day I wasn’t approved which is by far a slap to the face to me being a loyal Lexus customer for so many years . They lie to you just to get you in only to tell you that you weren’t approved . More
