My brand new 2022, X3 was involved in an accident. I keep calling every month to the location to get the car back in to get checked out and keep getting the run around, I am told it's busy...like xxx!! You would think they are fixing my vehicle for FREE. At this point I am DONE with BMW. On the bright side, Alp my sales guy is the best (he sold me 2 brand new cars over the years) and my previous service techs Jack and Greg are very great with communication and service! More
