Mike Fahey and Trent Jackson were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Mike spent a lot of time allowing me to drive numerous vehicles so that we could experience the difference between all of them. Mike did not pressure me at any time to buy right now, and he was very informative about the vehicles we test drove. If he did not know the answer to something, he would find out. We went in on a day that we were ready to make a decision, Mike was off that day. However, Trent, who works with Mike, allowed me to drive another car yet, then we briefly discussed some numbers with one of the managers. The color car we wanted was not there, so I gave them a deposit and they had it there the next day. I was very impressed with everything Gates Toyota and these two gentlemen, as they made our car buying experience very pleasant. Feel like I could've been treated a little better... Also was handed the keys with only a quarter tank of gas 😒. Realize I'm not buying their most valuable vehicles and probably had to do a little extra work getting the loan for me but felt unimportant... Update: Sent an apology email but didn't offer anything in compensation. Also two weeks later I find out they had the wrong address on all my paperwork, good thing I noticed it and called the lending bank and dealership to correct it. More

Overall a good leasing experience with Gates. Brandon, the salesman, was great! I do wish they would be more transparent about all available factory rebates on vehicles.
