I ve been purchasing / leasing CRV Civics and Odissy for a yrs. They always or have been great and the manager reached out To Me the customer before and after purchase. They would approach me to see if I was happy or if I had any questions. Not this time with John. I did have questions and I wanted to negotiate. Not happy to see this great dealership that I know for a long time drop the ball. Surprised because most of the sales people are great especially Steve melliti. More
