Overall We were pleased with our experience with Manly Honda. I would add that when I came to pick up the crossbars for the roof rack the gentleman in the service dept. was both helpful and friendly. Gregory was great we did the deal over the phone and he kept his word! So when I arrived all we had to do is paperwork ! The previous dealership I went to kept calling me, I said I already had a deal with kept his word! So when I arrived all we had to do is paperwork ! The previous dealership I went to kept calling me, I said I already had a deal with another dealership, he said he could get me a better deal just need to speak with his manager! He called me back and said that I better make sure I was getting the exact car I wanted because the price quoted was too low and that I was going to get scammed once I go and pick up my car! He was wrong I got the car and the price Gregory quoted NO problems! I am very pleased with Gregory’s HONESTY and kindness! THANK YOU GREGORY. As far as the Steve the Finance guy he was doing his job trying to sell extra stuff and when I said I did not want any extras I saw him ROLL HIS EYES AND SHAKE HIS HEAD! So that part wasn’t very cool. The whole process was toooo long, I was there over 3 hours. The video should be optional or excluded. But All in all Sue to Greg’s Honesty I will go back to Manly in the future. More
