I took my truck in for 1 service. .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 differ .It took 6 days to get it back, with no communication on their end whatsoever..LEFT multiple voicemails. My wife left multiple voicemails, on 2 different managers and 3 different advisors..She even sent a text..With 0 responses back..I will not be returning to this company. I work for a dealership myself and if we treated customers they way this company does, We'd be out of business. They don't care about customers, but only how much money they can squeeze out of you. Their so called app is as worthless as they are..I don't recommend this type of service or lack of communication. Larry H Miller should be ashamed to have this type of service customers receive..Their ratings are lies..Read the negative ones for truth.. More

I drive from south Utah County to visit this location for sales and service because of their kindness, professionalism and the effort they put in to go the extra mile. I have bought multiple vehicles here and leave every time happy and excited about my new vehicle. If you want the best most honest experience, visit LHM Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMMUNICATION EVER! !!! To save I received POOR service from (LHM) Larry H. Miller Chrysler... in Sandy would be giving too much credit. Purchased the 3 oil change, tire !!! To save I received POOR service from (LHM) Larry H. Miller Chrysler... in Sandy would be giving too much credit. Purchased the 3 oil change, tire rotation, etc package. Found my battery needed to be replaced and LHM's "best price" was double what I could get the battery replaced elsewhere (LHM's price was for a 24 month battery while the other quality batteries I priced were 36 month batteries). I was put on ignore for a week. Called and messaged the Service Advisor (Jake) but never heard back -- when I happen to catch him, Jake said he would talk with his manager to see what they could do and call me right back (that was 7 days ago). My calls and messages to Jake and the Service Manager Cody have gone unanswered. This morning, I called the GM, Steve, who said he would call me back in 30 minutes. 2+ hours later Jake called to say he couldn't do better than LHM's aggressive charge (double the cost elsewhere with a better battery elsewhere!). Jake attempted to justify having my car for over a week for an oil and battery change while leaving me in the dark! Perhaps if I owned a truck I might qualify for decent service at LHM.... Must be a reason this shop has such high personnel turn over. I certainly won't be going there again!!! More
