Steve gave great customer service . I know the initial reaction to getting work done at a dealership is that they will overcharge you for the quality of work done or that they come up with bogus charges. That is NOT the case at Schaumburg dealership is that they will overcharge you for the quality of work done or that they come up with bogus charges. That is NOT the case at Schaumburg Toyota. They do a great job on all their work, and you can see that they take pride in what they do. The person I worked with, Steve, was great, and not only made sure I got the service I needed, but that there were no other major issues that needed to be addressed. This time there was not any major issues and my service was taken care of quickly and efficiently and without any hassle. I like the fact that Steve remembers who I am, and if he has done any work on my car recently. They must go through hundreds of cars on any given day, and yet he still remembers people and cars that he has worked on. I also like that I can do a full days worth of work at my job, and still be able to take my car in to get work done. I don't know of many other service departments that are open until midnight on a regular basis that is not considered emergency work or something of that extent. I drive out to the suburbs from Chicago for that reason. With the way gas prices are shooting up, and the time it takes to get out there, I'm sure it would be easier to go somewhere local to get work done on my car, but I have always had great service. More

In 2006 I purchased a new Rav4 and have had all of my service done exclusively at the dealership and I couldn't bee more pleased. Steve has been my service advisor and has always taken great care of me and my car. I feel that I receive up-front honest information regarding my vehicle and I am also listened to when I have concerns. I'm not treated like I don't know anything about my vehicle and that is important to me, being a woman. I have never felt like I have been taken advantage of. Also, you can't beat the hours in the service dept. Kudos to the service team at Schaumburg Toyota. More
